Zsuzsanna Kispál-Vitai
Dr. Zsuzsanna Kispál-Vitai is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs. She has taught business and economics subjects since 1997 in the English language and the Hungarian programs at all levels from BA to Ph.D. Upon achieving her MBA and Ph.D., Dr. Kispál-Vitai was Program Director for both the undergraduate and Master level English programs before becoming Head of International Relations at the Faculty of Business and Economics. Zsuzsanna is currently Program Manager of the International Ph.D. program and her research interests are Organizational Economics, Motivation, Organization Theory, New Institutional Economics and Cooperative Theory. She is also interested in learning theories and how learning happens in the brain and likes languages a lot, currently learning French and Arabic.
As a talented educator, Zsuzsanna has used different teaching approaches including in-person lectures, flipped classroom and problem-based learning tutorials. She continues to adopt different styles depending on the audience, usually blended learning with part online, part seminar sessions, and she is a strong advocate for digital resources and online technology. Zsuzsanna uses MindTap to support her Advanced Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses.
